The vision of Ychallenge is to become a bridge between talented youth and the business community in Vietnam, and to create a conducive platform where like-minded individuals (regardless of locations, nationalities, or backgrounds) can network, share, and work together in the joint effort to strengthen Vietnamese business competitiveness in local and global market.
Strategic Goals:
- Provide local businesses in Vietnam with good business advices in their regional expansion scheme and current operations.
- Create a playground for young talents to apply their skills and knowledge in solving specific issues facing the Vietnamese business affiliates.
- Create a model platform that fosters exchange of ideas and experience between businesses in Vietnam and young talents (particularly those with international insights) through annual case challenges.
- Build resources and network for Yplatform where the youths are supported to materialize their ideas for Vietnam, either business or non-profit.
